I really need to buckle down on this whole diet thing. soon enough, I'm going to need to start dieting.
today I had:
english muffin
turkey sandwich
grapes
string cheese
more grapes
dairy-free cookies
and my dad's making tacos for dinner.
ughh I have a headache, and my arm still hurts. the reason I ate the cookies is because i thought I thought my headache was from hunger so I just ate the first thing i picked up. turns out the headache ISN'T from hunger, which means I ate the cookies for nothing. =[ fml. i'm not in a good mood.
Heres what I plan to eat tomorrow:
raisin bran
salad
salad
salad
possibly some kind of protein
I wanna look like an Olsen (not when MK was anorexic, i mean how they look now. skinny but healthy). That means no more cookies for me- they're 75 calories each.
